Here's what some of our customers have to say: A couple of years ago we purchased a small 5th wheel after only seeing it online. The price was good but when we called about it we found that the price had been lowered even more! We bought it without even seeing it. Now because of my husband's health we need something all on the one level. We decided to go to the RV Show because we had heard the deals there were amazing. We went with open minds and decided to look at all perspective trailers regardless of he dealership, however, deep down we knew Bluenose Had treated us well in the past and we would prefer buying a new trailer through them. We found ourselves drawn to Bluenose once again and spent quite a bit of time in and out of at least 3 specific trailers. Our salesperson was wonderful! We never felt pressured, we never felt like we were being rushed, we just took our time and when we were ready, she was ready. I loved the way that Bluenose RV made each trailer look like home at the RV Show and also on display in their home showroom. Seeing toys and games, flowers and personal touches really makes you feel like you are dealing with people who obviously love the products they are selling and the families they are selling to. You have the personal touch not only at the time of the sale but long after that make you the best! Thanks. ____________________ This 2009 Passport Ultra-Lite is the 7th new travel trailer that I have purchased from Bluenose RV Cente. After spending several hours installing a solar panel, additional batteries, inverter and wiring I took time to explore how my new Passport is constructed. I am very impressed with a number of things: · The one piece seamless underbelly is mechanically fastened with screws and washers, not staples like some models. Spray foam insulation was used to keep the underbelly water and weather-tight. · The frame has a good coat of gloss paint, looks good and is easier to clean. · The Passport Ultra-Lite has good quality radial tires. · There are four substantial and sturdy stabilizing jacks. · The new load equalization axles (spread axle design) with the extra 10” spread means my unit tows like a dream…best towing travel trailer that I’ve owned! · The battery rack up front can accommodate not one…but two batteries or any size. · This models seems well-insulated. · The exterior fiberglass has a nice gel-coat appearance with attractive graphics. · Exterior window frames are black. White window frames tend to yellow over time. · The slide-out cook centre is very convenient. · The one-piece seamless rubber roof is totally cemented to the plywood roof. There are no air bubbles – a good job. Everything on the roof is well sealed. · There is a large front exterior storage compartment with light, lots of room! · The awning colour-matches the exterior of the Passport – some brands do not do this. · The interior cabinets are well-built and there is lots of storage. · Good quality mattress and nice interior décor. · The shower surround in the bathroom has shelves. · The Passport Ultra-Lite has a good sounding AM/FM/CD player with good exterior speakers. · The 19” HDTV features an adjustable wall bracket that lets me change the viewing angle form living room to bedroom. My opinion is that Keystone RV did a super job on this lightweight travel trailer and the company has good quality control measures in place. Here are a few little things that I would like see Keystone RV add to the Passport Ultra-Lite like aluminum rims, day-night shades and an exterior storage drawer. Keystone RV could also add under-bed storage lifting-cylinders, and a top burner igniter for the kitchen stove. The Keystone Passport Ultra-Lite is good value for the dollar! Phill Henderson Construction Supervisor (36 years) Roscoe Construction ____________________ I purchased a brand new Passport Ultra-Lite BH190 trailer a couple of months ago and I had some serious issues with the trailer the first day I parked it in my yard. I had no 12 volt electrical. Bluenose repaired this issue and the next week my fridge was dead. I think the first issue actually fried the fridge circuit board so i think they were related. I just wanted to say that your staff and service crew are just amazing! I am so impressed with the fast service i received and the crew even towed my trailer back down to Bridgewater and returned it to my home after fixing the first major electrical issue. The fridge circuit board was replaced at my site. I just wanted to thank everyone involved. This excellent service is so hard to find now a days and I was just so impressed with the level of service and the staff are so friendly and willing to help. I feel confident I can rely on BluenoseRV and trust the business. I may be a new customer but I will be an existing customer for many more years down the road. I have tested everything out all week and the problems seem to be all fixed now so I'm ready for some adventures. Again, thank you and give yourselves a pat on the back. Job well done!!
